We care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how NOLEY collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit or interact with our websites, mobile sites, emails, SMS/MMS messages, social media pages, and any online services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
This policy does not apply to protected health information under HIPAA. NOLEY is not a medical provider or health insurer.
Children and Individuals Under 18
Our Service is not intended for or directed to persons under 18. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact hello@noley.com and we will delete it.

We collect personal information when you use the Service, create an account, make a purchase, sign up for emails or SMS, participate in surveys, contact support, or otherwise interact with us. The categories may include:
- Contact Information: name, email address, mailing address, phone number.
- Account & Authentication: username, password, account IDs.
- Order & Billing: products purchased, order history, and (via our payment processors) payment card details.
- Demographics: age, date of birth, gender (if you choose to provide).
- Preferences & Profile: product interests, wish lists, marketing preferences, reminders/notifications.
- Online Activity: device and browser data, IP address, unique identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, and similar usage data collected via cookies, pixels, and tags.
- UGC & Communications: reviews, survey responses, messages to our support team.
- Sensitive Data (limited): you may choose to share information about your wellness experiences with our products (e.g., reviews or surveys). We seek to limit collection and only use such information internally for product feedback and support.
Note: We use third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, Recharge, or similar) to process payments. Your payment details are handled according to their privacy terms and PCI-DSS requirements.

Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

We will verify your identity (and authorization, if submitted by an agent) before fulfilling your request. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Certain requests may be subject to exceptions under applicable law.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. If you voluntarily share wellness-related information (e.g., in reviews or surveys), we use it internally for support, product feedback, and quality purposes. International Users
We are U.S.-based and process information in the United States. By using the Service or providing information, you understand your data may be processed in the U.S., where laws may differ from those of your country.
SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging

Newsletters & Emails
If you subscribe to our emails, we may collect engagement data (e.g., opens/clicks) to improve our marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
User Contributions
Content you post publicly (e.g., reviews) may be visible to others. Do not share information you prefer to keep private. We cannot control what others do with content you make public.

Shopify Platform & Payments
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Your data may be stored through Shopify’s data storage and applications. Shopify stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
