  • Daily cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 pm PT ship the same business day; after that, next business day

  • Shipping policy: Free shipping on Subscriptions and on U.S. orders $70+. Otherwise Tracked U.S. Shipping $4.99.

  • Standard (Ground): typically 3–5 business days in the continental U.S.

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight: 1 business day (order by 12:00 pm PT)

  • AK/HI & U.S. Territories: typically 5–10 business days via USPS

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO: ship via USPS; timing varies by destination

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Transit estimates begin after your order ships.


1) Where We Ship

We ship to all U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii), U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

2) Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 pm PT ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm PT or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

  • During peak seasons and promotions, processing may extend by 1–2 business days.

3) Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit

  • Standard Ground (UPS/FedEx): 3–5 business days to most continental U.S. addresses.

  • Expedited (UPS/FedEx 2-Day): 2–3 business days.

  • Overnight (UPS/FedEx): 1 business day when ordered by 12:00 pm PT.

  • USPS Priority (AK/HI, PO Boxes, APO/FPO): 5–10 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, and military routing (APO/FPO) can extend delivery times.

4) Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Subscriptions: Free shipping on every delivery.

  • One-time orders: Free at $70+; otherwise Tracked U.S. Shipping — $4.99.

  • Expedited & Overnight options are offered at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Free shipping applies to U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

  • Mixed carts: if your order includes at least one subscription item, shipping is free.

5) Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when a label is created.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the first carrier scan.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate boxes with separate tracking numbers.

6) Address Changes & Order Edits

We begin fulfillment quickly. If you need to correct an address or edit items, email hello@noley.com as soon as possible. Once a label is created or a package is in transit, changes are not guaranteed and may incur carrier fees.

7) PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

  • PO Boxes: Ship via USPS.

  • APO/FPO/DPO: Ship via USPS; delivery times vary and may be longer due to military routing.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories: Generally ship via USPS Priority; expect 5–10 business days.

8) Delivery Issues (Lost, Damaged, Missing Items)

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact hello@noley.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the box/product, and a brief description. We will replace or refund.

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. If not located after 3 business days, email us for a carrier trace or replacement per carrier policy.

9) Weather, Holidays & Peak Season

Carriers may experience delays due to severe weather, natural events, or holiday volume. These conditions are outside our control and may add 1–3+ business days to transit times.

10) Undeliverable, Refused & Return-to-Sender Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable (invalid address, unclaimed, refused) may be refunded minus original shipping once received and verified in original condition. Reshipments may require a new shipping fee.

11) Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked pre-order or backorder, it ships as soon as it is in stock. Your order may ship in multiple parts; you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
